Hi,
We payed extra to ticketmaster to have our tickets delivered in good time so that we could have a relaxed time driving down to the festival.
Now rather than use royal mail as you have used in the past, they seem to have changed to SMS.
The first we knew about you lot was when you sent us a letter by royal mail, stating that they had tried to deliver our tickets and failed and we would have to arrange a new time for them to deliver. We find this hard to believe, as the house is occupied for most of the day, most of the time. Also, no note was posted stating that a delivery had been tried so I'm thinking your driver was running late and decided not to bother coming.
We re-arranged a delivery day and made sure we were in, no-one came and no note was left by some amazing chance that we didn't hear our rather loud doorbell (I'm suspecting the same lazy delivery driver here but only you can find that out). We phoned up late that day to find out where our tickets were and after chasing round a "press 1 to be cut off" maze we got an almost live person who said they had tried to deliver and would deliver the next day.
Finally today around 12 noon we got an email stating that they have repeatedly tried to deliver our tickets and have failed, and as a result the tickets were sent back to ticketmaster for collection on site.
So now I have to drive for 3 1/2 hours to the festival site with no tickets, wondering if they will be there. Also, I have to find somewhere to park outside the site (as I won't be allowed to use site parking until I have tickets) queue for god know how long then if my tickets are actually there, I finally get to park in the festival and can think about putting the nightmare behind me and getting on with enjoying my festival.
Now, I payed Ticketmaster to deliver the tickets and they didn't so I want my money back, but ticketmaster can't give me my money back as they already paid you. So, as I see it you owe me £7.50. A cheque will be just fine.
My address is :

This should both let you find out what happened, and be how you address the envelope containing my cheque which can be made payable to (name removed).
Kind Regards,

PS. Please be aware this letter of complaint, along with any reply you send will be made publicly viewable at www.festivalphotos.co.uk. Thanks.
